We want you to absolutely love your jewellery! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. You can request a refund, replacement, or repair if your piece:

  • Has a manufacturing defect or damage.
  • Doesn’t match the description or materials listed.
  • Is unsafe or doesn’t function as intended.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at andelajewellery@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Return Instructions: We’ll guide you step by step on how to send your item back.
  3. Try-On Policy: It’s fine to gently try on your jewellery to see how it fits, but please return it in the same condition you received it, with no signs of wear or damage, and in its original packaging. Pieces showing more than gentle try-on cannot be returned.
  4. Shipping Costs: You’ll cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within a few business days.

GUARANTEE 

Every piece is handmade with love and care, using only high-quality materials. That’s why we offer a 6-month guarantee for any issues with materials or craftsmanship.

Please note: this guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by frequent exposure to water, perfumes, or lotions.
